He's a horrible human being for purposely placing children in the care of abusive parents for his own delight. His tactics are evil and he doesn't abide by the law. He breaks every law related to our rights as not only Arizona residents but as citizens of the United States of America! We need to stop him and every one of his officials that help him accomplish these evil acts! FAST!! OUR CHILDREN ARE IN DANGER BECAUSE OF THIS MAN!

This judge seems lazy and extremely slow. Stated he would have decision in 30 days but waited more than 2 months. Did not seem to understand the history of my case or was oblivious to the facts presented.

Very lazy judge. He said the orders would be done in 30 days. It was nearly 60 days. He seemed to side with all Fathers, despite most AZ cases are 50-50. I could not leave a voicemail for his assistant. Their message was,"Do NOT leave a message on here." I thought communication was paramount in families?

Max Covil is biased and has an agenda. He ordered 50/50 custody with my abusive ex who doesn’t even live in state. How does this work? It doesn’t. When my ex misses days/visits our order says he’s “entitled” to make-up time… which means the ex surprises the kids and I showing up at the kids’ school and Dr appointments angry, unannounced, and demanding time. It’s a nightmare.

Does not seem to understand the complexities of family law at all. No regard for children and very biased in rulings. Tends to side with men even if they're dangerous or non-complacent dads. Takes forever to make a ruling and senselessly composed when they do emerge.

This judge currently is over a friend of mine’s case. I am appalled at how this judge has endangered her child. There is blatant disregard for child safety and the allowing of unsupervised contact with a known drug/alcohol abuser who has missed and failed a multitude of urinary analysis. There is also failure to enforce child support, which rises to the criminal level. There is also the issue of awarding attorneys fees to the party trying to protect the child. Why the hell should they have to pay for this judges incompetence? The movement begins with blasting these judges and making the evidence of the illegal activity that occurs in these court rooms public.

He enforces orders like it’s a joke. He disregard factual evidence placed in front of him and puts children in harmful situations. He needs to be removed from his position. He has no regard to best interest of the children statutes! He needs to be fired and charged for violating rights and laws in the court proceedings!

Incompetent, switch judges pronto if you are dealing with a family matter involving children. Ignores blatant evidence.

Newer to family court; lazy, does not take time to review evidence uses heuristics instead. Influenced by father's rights movement embedded in family court tied into $50billion/yr divorce industry; dangerous to children's safety.
