Avoid this judge at all costs. She is highly unreasonable, lazy, and drunk on her own power. On top of that, she is just plain nasty to work with.

This Judge Is Awful. She is not impartial she is bias and her treatment to people at the mercy of the court is disgusting.

Judge Bendorf.. I am fighting a custody case and judge bendorf is our judge I am going through a domestic violence case with my child's dad and she still allowed my child's Dad to have Temporary custody of her.. mind you I have not been in trouble with the law.. got no criminal history.. he has already been to prison three times for domestic violence and they still allowed her to be in his custody.. this judge is no way shape or form biased about any family matter she does not care about the lives that she is breaking allowing abusive spouses to have custody of an innocent child this judge needs to be off the bench and be held accountable for what she has caused because she is no way partial in anyone's case. She will always go for the domestic violence man and allow them to have an innocent child in their custody so they can become the domestic violence abuser access to injure our child at any time.. and if the abuser does harm the child she does not care. She gets to go home to her happy fake family.. she does not need to be in the judge's seat.. she needs to be sitting behind bars for the crimes she is committing by allowing domestic violence abusers to have custody of any child

Judge Bendorf is abusing her power to legally kidnap kids and take them away from the parent who was a victims of DV and place the kids with the abusive parent. She is biased, does not abide by family law, unethical and a part of large-scale Yuba County small town corruption. She is a monster.

My experience with Judge Bendorf has been eye opening to say the least. Here you have a judge that allows a spouse who has been convicted of domestic violence, and addicted to drugs, come before the best interest of a child. Oh she will go through the motions at hearings, but it is only for show. because of her bias opinion of one person trumps the child's best interest. There is no place in our judicial system for judges that protects the interest of an abuser over the welfare of innocent children. Judge Bendorf you took an other to be impartial at all stages of a trial and you have failed

I have been in front of Judge Bendorf since her first day on the bench. She is very polite to all in her courtroom. But being polite and being bias do not go hand and hand. Judge Bendorf will make orders without giving any thought to the damage it will cause our children, when she steps away from the bench at the end of the day she goes on with life, while families are having to pick up the pieces that her orders have caused. There can be no room in our judicial system for bias judges. Our family court system is broken and they are broken because of bias judges

As humans we never like it when things don't go as well as we want. But when we go to court we are entitled to have an impartial level headed judge. Well folks that is not what you get with Judge Bendof, what you get is a bias judge that has no compassion, and zero knowledge of family law.

She should not be a family Judge. She simply does not use good Judgement, she should put the child’s best interest first. She is to busy looking to save face, she does not know how to properly judge without bias. Just because someone works in the county for the local government they should not be automatically be favored.

In family law I have been infeont of her for over a year . She does not take the child's best interest at heart. The mental health of the child should be more important than parietal rights of the noncustodial parent. And they aren't. There has been a pattern and she doesn't look at it. Even if its in the best interest of the child , hearsay or the opinion of the defendant shouldn't trump out medical documents and past testimony of therapist. Or even the past court judgment of your fellow judges. Its like there isn't commonsense here. And it was literally said child isn't coming home with bruises but is having total breakdowns at drop-offs but the mental health is not cared about and it should be a great concern to the courts these days . To hear your child cry because they have to go to the other patent is heart breaking because of the things the other parent says or does or things they don't do that they should .our kids mental and physical health are in your hands please be careful !!!
