The incomplete pleading along with a fresh same day minute order ( Jan 9, 2026) get filed all together by court clerk signed by sistah Ochoa. Ochoa Leonard Amateur at its finest. When defense counsel receives malpractice suit notice & questioned regarding the missing Demurrer & Motion to Dismiss he states “ Ochoa made me do it”. This case came to screeching halt Feb 23, 2026.
