I am a family law attorney of 12 years. I have not only appeared before this Judge in a professional capacity, but personal as well. Without a doubt, this Judge needs to be taken off the bench. She verbating said that an individua's actions were motivated by race and ethnicity, that he is a racist, BUT his racist acts do not put anyone in fear. Here ego, much like the rest of the JUdges in CO, is much more important than justice and ruling properly.
