While she can appear friendly and reasonable at times, she has a quick temper and generally Lacks judicial temperament. She weirdly and inappropriately verbalizes her thoughts and and opinions about a case or litigant in a sort of shoot from the hip way ignoring evidence and acknowledging lack of knowledge of the law. She is imperious, quick to anger, and quick to lash out. She often manifests the temperament of a young child who is a bully. Get on her bad side and you will be screwed even if the law and evidence is on your side. She is extremely thin-skinned and arrogant. She has the arrogance of an SDNY judge without anything close to the knowledge about the law. She can also be quite mean, nasty and belittling. She is an excellent example of the worst our NYS judiciary has to offer.
