Melissa Zabor does not have a child's best interest in mind. She stated that my 10 year old child doesn't have a say. My child has experienced extreme anxiety that she refused to acknowledge. When i brought it up i told her that she felt emotionally unsafe and no longer wanted to be watched by her gandparents she compared it to a child not wanting to eat vegetables.....as though that is a comparison. As if saying my child doesn't know what's good for them. Have to eat your vegetables anyway smh. Who cares if she is uncomfortable emotionally dysregulated and experiencing anxiety you're inconveniencing dads day by switching after school care. She became hostile and upset when i admitted to removing the grandparents from the pickup list lol but wasn't mad at the grandparents for their mistreatment towards her . Ruled i was interfering with parenting time when i wasn't. He would get off work and pick her up same as he would get off work and pick her up from his moms smh. according to that his mom is interfering with his parenting time too lol so funny he just doesn't want to be inconvenienced and pick her up he would rather her experience anxiety then drive to pick her up ....my daughter has come to me crying saying her dad doesn't talk to her joke with her he's too involved with other things and people and she thanked me for always talking to her and making her feel better when she feels sad about those things. Good job melissa zabor you seem more interested in closing a case then getting all the facts. You are not child centered and should not be practicing family law

This judge needs to go. SHE GIVES THE ABUSERS CUSTODY ALMOST EVERY TIME.

This judge does NOT protect children from the abusive parent. She threatens the protective parent and orders children who have been abused to be turned over to the abuser. She is either an evil person as well as a commissioner who does not know the law or care about constitutional rights of the parent and child or she is both. What kind of person does this to a child or a parent whose focus in life is to protect their child? This judge should be removed from the bench and never allowed in a court again. Take her off the bench!

This judge blatantly stated “Children have no standing in Family Court” and “A child reporting abuse, even substantiated abuse does not necessitate a Family Court emergency” then proceeded to grant an Emergency request to have four children forcibly removed from their safe parent to be given directly over to their abuser citing “Father accused mother of Parental Alienation”. There was no evidence to support the stated claim and the father ultimately admitted he lied. Zabor still didn’t return the children and made the temporary order into a Permanent one to cover her mistake and unethical behavior. Disgusting judge and horrible person.

0 seems as if she sides with fathers. Doesn’t look at evidence and believes every parent should be with their child regardless of if the other parent is abusive

Horrible judge, a lawyer was using the “word” misrepresentation and this judge ran with ugh saying I misrepresented the court in temporary orders. Perfect excuse to give my sons father every weekend for 2 MONTHS! Now he is completely alienating me from my son. & gave us week on week off mind you a 15 month old to travel 3 hours. Disappointed in the court system and how this judge ran with irrelevant evidence from 2 YEARS. Now she put me in a financial situation.
