Michael A. Robinson

He is the most inept judge I have ever appeared before in 25 years. Does not read or analyze issues on his own - enters orders drafted by other side that include blatantly incorrect statements of law and fact because he fails to exercise independent thought or judgment. Another comment indicated he/she could not determine whether judge is incompetent or lazy. This one is both.

He really shouldn't be in this role.

Difficult to know if he's simply lazy or incompetent. He doesn't seem willing or able to bring obvious issues to a speedy conclusion.
