Very Rude, disrespectful, obliviously a Political Hack and Appointment , not very smart, rude to all parties allows known "Hearsay" which turned out to be all false but he allowed it anyway, he is pro Progressive wants criminals to continue with crimes allows false testimony in Civil and Criminal Cases i would recuse him next time

He is for sure a one sided Judge, now we know why Gavin Newsom appointed him he is a shadow of the Loser Governor . This Judge needs to attend the a Judges School as he does not tell the truth nor does he follow the Rules if you get him get him recused he will lie, cheat and scam
