He ruled that the other party does not have to follow the court order that the OC Courts created so that minor child could be in an unsafe environment that could potentially do harm. It's clear what this court has turned into. A joke.

He approved a restraining order that my ex lied on several times. I pointed out all the lies as well as the criminal case where my ex (the abuser) had raped me as a minor in. He still approved the order. Yes that’s right he let the rapist win in court and continue my abusers litigation abuse. The judge said he didn’t have the ability to look up my ex’s criminal case I was a victim in from Santa Cruz county, and approved the order from a blemish over ten years old from a dismissed case in Santa Cruz county (from a different abuser in my life). Clearly he should have access to my ex’s criminal case from the 288A(B)(1) charge and he should be able to see he had gone to prison for it. Yes he let the rapist win.

Completely Biased and treats you like your stupid. The court doesn't ask for your brief/case you've built up -- they just hear all the lie after lie of the respondent and then dismiss it, and after getting a lawyer, he doesn't even want to rehear the case to hear both sides and all the facts, he just assumes that you have nothing new to add to the case. The first court date in Feb. I left feeling "railroaded by the OC judicial system" and now even more so.
