Takac has [Redacted by Ed.] . He has no business practicing family law it’s scary to think other people life’s are in his hands he has screwed over so many innocent families throughout the years based on his episodes he has depending that day. You’ll sometimes hear him talking to himself when no one is around it’s very frightening to think they still allow him to be placed in family law.

Success with Judge Takac = be brief, be bright, be gone. Judge Takac is no nonsense and has zero tolerance for people who are unprepared or do not respect the justice system. Bedside manner was clearly lacking, so consider yourself forewarned. He was, however, well-versed in the law and justice prevailed. I think he needs his own reality show based on my experience as well as the other comments shared....

Horrible very one sided wouldn’t let you speak but let the other party ramble on. Poor judgment will not look at any evidence that’s actually proven and provided. There is not enough time or room to go on about how bad of a judge this man is. He was shopping for a car during my case!?

This guy has no clue. He doesn't let the lawyers litigate and rams his opinions and rulings down their throat. Arrogant.

This man is awful and should be disbarred! Rules on feelings and is BISAED! Everything stated below is true. This Judge shows the utmost unprofessional and biased OPINIONS. He picks a side and will not hear evidence and does not show care for the other human whom is fighting to be able to live also. He will not listen to the attorney on his opposing side. Has no one brought these issues to the bar? How has not been formally disciplined?
