Michael H. Evans

Judge Evans is a most excellent jurist! He is kind, even tempered, thoughtful, scholarly, and efficient. I met him years ago when he was a county prosecutor and had the pleasure of working with him in juvenile dependency matters many years later. Most of my parent clients loved Judge Evans for his fairness and even temper. Even after he rotated out of the juvenile dependency court, when he substituted, there was a sigh of joy in the courtroom from all the professionals and the parents who had experienced him prior to his transfer, on days he was managing the bench. He is a treasure and deserves honor for his dedicated service over many years in Cowlitz County.
