Michael J Hooi

Judge Hooi basically destroyed my life and despite prior clerk denial and active participation by both parties, he entered a Judicial Default without an evidentiary hearing. He is not doing his job and are destroying my children's lives and their relationship with their dad because he don't want to check facts and do the right thing. He entered final judgment for default even when proof of service was filed AFTER the judge signed. There is so many wrongdoings judge Hooi has done that I won't go into it all, but he should probably start doing his job right instead of destroying people's lives.
