Juvenile case: Allowed 15-20 outside people into the court room. During the court break he went to get a cup of coffee as he walked back to the court room had mocked my son-in-law with hand gestures and mouth movements. Very in mature. Does not follow court procedures for juvenile cases. He set the sentence to no more than 6 months but did not make that clear on sentencing docs and my grandson after nine months hung himself in the facility.
