I have not had to deal with judges during my lifetime, but I can say that as far as probate goes, I do not want my family having to deal with anyone like this when I am gone. My mother was forced to write a Codicil to her Will but later rewrote the Will as it was originally written but this judge threw out the most recent Will and accepted the Codicil even though it was contested. If judges like this are allowed to do whatever they want with someone's estate, why bother having a Will?

This judge is one of the least intelligent judges I have appeared before in multiple states. In fact, he comes up stupid, seat-of-pants procedures in handling a court case. Moreover, if you are not from Martin County, don't consider appearing. You will get "home-towned." The guy is an idiot.

One of the least intelligent judges I've ever encountered. Openly biased toward lawyers from Martin County, and doesn't care who knows it. Reaches decisions without any reasoning or findings of fact.

This judge is one of the least capable judges in South Florida. His procedures, and rulings are not well thought out.

This is the worst judge in the county every seen. He’s over emotional and not objective. He does not follow the law and destroy families and children’s life. He dismisses evidence and not not follow procedure or rules of evidence. This judge put children in danger daily and does not care about the consequences of his actions. It’s a shame our justice system allows [Redacted] judges to rule on children’s life’s. Judges should be held accountable for their decisions that traumatize children forever. [Redacted by Ed.] It’s extremely prejudicial to have a judge who is not only biased and unfair but does it openly without any accountability.

This Judge breaks judicial ethics and speaks about cases outside the parties presence. He also give impermissible deference to the CPS agency as experts and relies on them to tell HIM the law. It creates the appearance of unfairness and bias in his courtroom. Many families have lost their children in his courtroom due to his failure to follow state laws and procedures, additionally children are at high risk due his inability to assess family law situations.
