The honorable Judge Pomarole, his clerk magistrate, and head clerk were very kind to me as I visited the Dedham District Court in November of 2024 and January of 2025, to right some wrongs perpetrated against me by the Norwood Police Department from 1980 through 1983. I will forever be grateful for the honor to have been heard by such kind, caring, and just individuals.

This judge needs to be replaced immediately. He is so obsessed with facts but then creates decisions based on his own “suspicions”. There is no rhyme or reason as to what he does. At this point he is completely unaware of what he’s doing. Someone needs to send reporters to Dedham district court to do a story on his ability to judge fairly and without bias.
