Unfortunately, I have witnessed several rulings that were completely made without factual evidence. Most Central Florida attorneys openly speak about how challenging it is for us to represent a woman in a child custody dispute or divorce, especially blonde and attractive. The future of the children that he is entrusted to protect should be the ultimate outcome. His overall disposition is negative, condescending, rude and his “god” complex is quite disturbing. I am very disheartened that our legal system can be so corrupt. The system of “Checks and balances” is not as simple as it may seem. My clients want recourse. Yet, with their cases still currently pending, there is no safe way to challenge his rulings. I hope he finds healing with his own personal life so it is not blatantly evident how it affects his judgment. My heart breaks for the children of my clients.

He is everything a Judge shouldn't be. Arrogant, Lazy, condescending, biased toward his favorite litigant, abusive toward women (maybe because his bad divorce?). Doesn't sign his own orders. Yawning during hearings, make jokes about serious abuse accusations. He shouldn't be sitting in a courtroom unless he is the one on trial
