My ex asked for a protection order on the basis of HER confessing to Domestic violence, assault, robbery, stalking and harrassment, with the allegation against me of "He is not a threat." After I made the plea of wanting to be safe from her, he stated on the bench "You want to be safe? Give up your guns." And granted a permanent protection order also including the kids despite her being a convicted child abuser.
