This is just sad. I don't blame Judge Shea but something has to change. According to the Federal Court Management Statistics (Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts) for the 12-month period ending September 30, 2024, the District of Connecticut reported only one civil case that reached trial (bench or jury). Despite dozens of pending civil actions and thousands of filings, only one civil trial was completed in the entire District of Connecticut in 2024. It’s a stark reflection of how infrequently federal judges in that district now conduct live trials.

He is violating 1st amendment rights and hiding public info so guilty police officers can avoid "embarrassment " for their disgraceful actions towards the public. Sad that the court is not supposed transparency in our government!

Completely ignored ADA rights and constitutional violations by the defendants and refused to provide a pro-bono attorney who had the time to review all evidence and apply all outstanding laws on a predatory banned loan.

Very partial to the rich and powerful. Still think himself a lawyer. Does not comprehend the duty of a judge. Cannot think independently. Survive in his own little network. Only think of himself to keep his seat.
