Very rude and unprofessional. Literally was rolling his eyes and making faces while I was answering his questions. He also spoke in a condescending manner to both my husband and myself. He was very dismissive of our concerns regarding a known repeat offender. This judge is one of the reasons people in Baltimore feel there are no repercussions for crime....
