Michael Wendler

This judge is petulant and cannot handle being wrong. I've seen him berate attorneys on the record over legal disagreements, only for him to come back and be WRONG. He cannot grant a 1538.5 to save his life, because he is so pro police. When there is a clear violation of the 4th Amendment, he takes attorneys to the back to try to dispo the case instead of granting the dismissal. That said, he can be decent on sentencing. He gives clients credit for being accountable and he considers mitigation.
