Michael Wilson

I appeared at a CMC and was one of the last cases call and I was impressed by his judicial temperment. Proper judicial temperment is very lacking in many of the LASC Judges. He was a breath of fresh air. Most judges are smart, but there needs to be better vetting of there personality traits.

Michael B. Wilson is NOT professional. He will blatantly run over your rights as a pro per litigant. He makes allegations that are neither true nor legal. He hates pro per litigants even though they are indigent & it's not their fault. He [Redacted by Ed.] and ignorant to a fault.[Redacted by Ed.] He lacks impartiality. In unlawful detainer cases he loves to railroad tenants despite any tenant being in the right & presenting tangible evidence to substantiate their side. He automatically sides with attorneys against pro per litigants. He yells & screams at pro per litigants at the drop of a dime in order to shut them up when they are presenting hard evidence to substantiate what they are saying. I was in his court room twice on the same case, so far, and he has run shod over my rights, refused to follow the law, and has wreaked havok for me. The best you can do and must do is to immediatly have him disqualified from your case--It only requires a very simply one-sheet form: Motion For Disqualification. And he is required (As in he has no choice) but to sign and approve it. You'll then then given a different judge. You can post with any, any username and remain completely anonymous. Best of all, whatever you post will be permanent and never ever be removed. That way, future victims can see all about this [Redacted by Ed.] . This exactly what I plan on doing if, the next time I show up in his courtroom, he continues to run all over me. I will post and continue to post about him until his entire reputation is destroyed.

WARNING - Don't be fooled just because he is black that he understands your position or rights. He will LIE as to applicable law (after making sure there is no official record of proceeding) and pressure and manipulate you to submit to other side's will. Specially if you have a unlawful detainer against you. Disqualify him and do not sign any paper he puts in front of you to deprive you of your rights. He will say that the case will not be continued, despite the fact he has no choice, in order to pressure and scare you. He is NOT impartial. WARNING
