This judge was paid off. She didn't care at all about what I said. She should not be a judge at all she should be thrown out.

This judge should never have been placed in a position where people’s lives and finances are in her hands. My experience in her courtroom was a complete disgrace to the idea of fairness and equal justice. No matter how strong my arguments or evidence were, it felt like the outcome was decided before the hearing even began. After decades of paying support and still being ordered to pay $600 a month while my daughter is 30 years old, I have lost all faith that I was ever treated fairly or objectively in this court. The pattern of rulings and the dismissive treatment I received made the process feel deeply one-sided and fundamentally unjust. Judges are supposed to apply the law impartially not create the appearance that one side will never be heard. My experience left me convinced that fairness was absent from these proceedings entirely.

Disregards actual evidence and is biased. Does not care about children and their mental health or well being. She will hand off children to abusers with no compassion or empathy.

Judge Carson refused to hear scheduled testimony in a hearing, violating due process and civil rights. She gave a restraining order to a violent man against his female victim. This man was a stalker, criminal, evil coercive controller who violated all temporary and permanent court order and who continues to abuse his victim with litigation and further "orders." Siding with a sociopathic man is insane. 95% of all DV is committed by MEN. She has ruined my sister's life...and I was SHAKING for hours sitting by my phone to testify. Evil. Evil person. She aids abusers.

Judge Michelle Carson and the court appointed therapist Dr. Raymond Branton need held accountable for the harm they have caused the children of Arizona. Worst experience of my life. 20 years as a successful dentist and father only to have the court remove all of my rights as a father. I have not seen my children for over year now. We need change and accountability in Arizona.

Biased, crazy, incompenent, violates constitution and parental rights, cant do basic math, not impartial, psyco.

Judge Michelle Carson needs bench removal asap. She did not watch police video admitted into evidence. She ruled in favor of a repeat DV abuser who with his attorney made up a story that police video proved 100% false. She has repeatedly wrongly signed court orders which AZ Apellate constantly kicks back for her to correct. Abusive Family Court Judge.

Horrific.Shames DV survivors by rewarding the abuser. Allows perjury to go unchecked. Should not be on the bench. A Judge should be fair and impartial. Judge Carson is neither. Zero accountability. Will always side with Husband/Father. She despises anything to do with Contempt motions-because she doesn’t know family law. Get her off the bench asap.

She literally doesn't know the law. She was recently promoted to the bench and has inappropriately given contempt and fees against the current standards set by the appellate court. She also tends to lean toward the male, despite criminal history. Highly suspicious of women and mothers. Switch if you can.
