Judge Graves appears to do anything to clear her docket, denying due process and not following the law.

Judge Graves appears to do anything to clear her docket, denying due process and not following the law. She strikes me as lazy and incompetent. She doesn't prepare hard, and she's never had a job outside of government. She clearly doesn't belong on the bench.

RUN - especially if you are female, run.

RUN - especially if you are female, run. Military style "tough love" displayed extensively towards women, but once she has decided she does not like you, she will hate you. Judges in Pomona court have decided to ram decisions down litigants' throats to get them out of their courtroom and off their calendars at all costs and as fast as possible. It is sad that the judiciary keeps screwing over family law litigants by putting in prosecutors with no experience in these courtrooms the day they become a judge.

Judge Michelle Graves Bryant has created more horror stories for families in her court room than I have witnessed in my many years as a court reporter. I have tred to stay neutral however after court reporting for her hearings day after day, I cannot continue to ignore the trauma that these poor mothers and their children are facing. I have witnessed Judge Graves Bryant meeting with fellow judges to strategize to cover up her mistakes. She is facing multiple appeals. I cannot blame these poor mothers. Our pomona courtrooms are a complete mess.

I have been a court reporter for this department under this judge for two years now. It is hard to continue to hear the plea of multiple protecting mothers who walk in the courtroom with Judge Graves Bryant. It becomes harder when I have to transcribe the reports and continue to read what goes on in her courtroom. Children and their families are more at risk then they were stepping in her courtroom. Judge Graves Bryant sadly hates women and believes the fathers. Por children ensure more trauma then attain help. Judge Graves Bryant needs to be removed from family court. God bless those children.

JUDGE GRAVES BRYANT COMES OFF AS A NICE PERSON, HOWEVER, USED TO BE CRIMINAL PROSECUTOR ATTORNEY.

JUDGE GRAVES BRYANT COMES OFF AS A NICE PERSON, HOWEVER, USED TO BE CRIMINAL PROSECUTOR ATTORNEY. SHE IS NOW A FAMILY COURT JUDGE. SHE DOES NOT BELONG IN THAT COURTROOM. JUDGE GRAVES BRYANT IS NOT AWARE OF FAMILY COURT LAWS AND PUTS CHILDREN MORE AT RISK AND TRAUMA THAN I HAVE WITNESSED IN MY YEARS AS A COURT REPORTER. [Redacted by Ed.] JUDGE GRAVES BRYANT MAKES DECISIONS BASED ON PERSONAL AND EMOTIONAL MORALE NOT ACCORDING TO THE LAW AND DEFINITELY NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF CHILDREN.

Judge Graves denies all ex parte requests even with clear evidence of abuse, ongoing CPS investigations, and clear facts of children at risk; putting children in continued harms ways.
