Over 60 negatory comments have been removed re: Kazadi in the past couple years - from litigants and attorneys alike; speaking of this woman’s ill-nature, incompetence and inability to rule of a courtroom in fairness. It’s no wonder these comments have been removed and she is working under Newsom’s puppetry. Being paid off must be nice; except for the abused who will end up in a ditch somewhere due to her mishandling and corruption. I know many who have personally personally her to the judicial committee but apparently Kazadi is “off the hook” and bypasses any evaluation of repeated misconduct.

Judge Michelle Kazadi denied enforcement of spousal support orders, child support orders, division of community property. Judge Michelle Kazadi did not follow the law and statutes in showing accurate income. Judge Michelle Kazadi denied a 217 hearing to cross examine witnesses, as well as to dispute allegations of payments made on the mortgage. All documents that I have received in my divorce show my ex-wife understated her income. She did not make the mortgage payments as she said, and then took out two personal loans on the community property and was not found in violation of court orders under Judge Michelle Kazadi. My ex-wife Jennifer Ziegler also forged signatures on court documents that were not addressed properly or at all by judge Michelle Kazadi. Then my ex-wife, Jennifer Ziegler forged the judges signature, on two documents, statement of decision and proposed statement of decision. I addressed this issue with the judge in court and on the record. Judge Michelle Kazadi said they were her signatures. I took the documents to the Galt police department, their report found the signatures of Judge Michelle Kazadi are drastically different and do not believe they are Judge Michelle Kazadi‘s signatures. With the forgery of the signatures, my ex was able to steal my half equity in the community home. Then Judge Michelle Kazadi issued a $410,000 judgment against me for breach of contract and never found my ex-wife in violation of any court orders, To date Jennifer Ziegler has never paid all the court ordered spousal support or child support as court ordered. Jennifer Ziegler never paid off the trailer that was court ordered. I am now on an appeal with this case. I find it very criminal and corrupt because after this incident, they moved Judge Michelle Kazadi to Santa Monica courthouse so she could not be addressed in court on record of the Fraud Upon The Court. People should really pay attention to the remarks, said on this site about judges. If a judge was conducting the courtroom without prejudice, bias, and impartiality, no one would have written a comment about them. But clearly in my case, there is corruption and it goes to the very foundation of the superior court system it is ruining the judicial machinery and how it conducts itself in a lawful manner in their ruling.

Kazadi is a nightmare. She needs to be removed from the Bench. She is extremely uneducated regarding domestic violence issues and treats DV victims like absolute trash. She is so bad [Redacted by Ed.] consistently ruling in abusers favor without getting some sort of benefit out of it. She is well known for being incompetent and biased.
