This judge deserves to be in prison as [Redacted by Ed.] . Allowed a multiple time, repeat offender, and domestic violence abuser to actively lie in court about punching the victim repeatedly in the head and denied evidence that include included medical reports of concussions, ongoing Traumatic Brain Injury, text admissions by perpetrator, sworn affidavits by prior women corroborating at the same type of physical assault and abuse , multiple medical reports documenting concussion, traumatic brain injury, post traumatic stress disorder and ongoing trauma caused by the abuse. Multiple police reports against the perpetrator by multiple women for violent attacks on them was excluded from evidence by this criminal judge. The evidence for domestic violence was overwhelming, and this criminal judge sided with the abuser, and has left the victim and her daughter in a very dangerous situation and financially devastated. After she allowed the violent offender to perjure himself in court about punching the victim repeatedly in the head, the sheriffs department filed felony charges perjury against the man. Suddenly, the judge was reassigned from Stanley mosk to Santa Monica courthouse with no explanation. The victims life has been destroyed. This judge hates women, [Redacted by Ed.] , needs to be removed from the bench, and quite frankly locked up in prison. She is a danger to society. Somebody or something needs to take this criminal and highly incompetent and [Redacted by Ed.] judge down, in whatever manner that the law permits, so that she can no longer hurt other women and children. Stay away at all costs.

I cannot believe this woman has years of experience in ANYTHING, including life. And it is a crime, quite literally, that she is a judge. Entire incompetence regarding evidence code and judicial process. The most biased judges I've witnessed in my 10 + years experience practicing law. We the people need this woman OUT of a courtroom. I am disappointed in GN and the latter deterioration of the CA judicial system.

A victim of serious physical assault, psychological abuse, stalking and theft wherein the abuser illegally entered her home was literally left unprotected and worse, blamed with a restraining order against her protecting an extremely abusive man - leaving her even more vulnerable. an unthinkable miscarriage of justice, especially considering she submitted over 200 pages of evidence that judge Kazadi never reviewed even though they were submitted properly and on time. Furthermore she overruled correctly indicated legal objections even when doing so was legally improper - like allowing the abuser to provide his own service directly to the victim himself. The judge also gave her deliberation only based on the abusers information, including complete falsehoods the victim had proven false within the court proceedings. Now the victim is in more danger than before. How is she allowed to preside over family and domestic cases when she openly shows contempt towards female victims and their witnesses?

This judge should be barred. The amount of cases I watched as a DV victim where she rolled her eyes while they were telling raw and real stories of abuse. I had filed over 200 pages of evidence in an original RO filing that after months of court, right before closing argument - she told me I had no evidence filed to the courts. I corrected her that I had filed hundreds of pages including multiple declaration, memorandums, exhibits and timely filed proof of service … I built my case for months expecting it had been reviewed properly. It took her several minutes or longer to “locate the folder” to which I filed my documents with the courts. She almost didn’t let my witness speak that appeared in court for several hours multiple dates - and as a licensed therapist - treated her with severe disrespect when my witness simply asked her to repeat her question. She has no concept of the law or evidence codes and appears to hate women. She also misstated my testimony; as well as my witnesses testimonies to suit the abuser’s side. I am filing a WRIT on this case due to multiple oversights, incompetence and plain defamation before her deliberation. A judge like this is detrimental to society.

Unprofessional, biased, and cruel. She ruled in favor of minor's father after his neglect landed her in the ICU and she nearly died. It later became apparent she had a working history with opposing counsel when she was a family law attorney. Something is terrible wrong here.

Honorable Michelle L. Kazadi is an exceptionally professional and knowledgeable family law attorney. As a respondent in a Domestic Violence Restraining Order (DVRO) case, I have had the opportunity to observe her courtroom demeanor. She demonstrates remarkable patience and composure, allowing the petitioner to present their case multiple times. Despite the petitioner’s repeated and unsubstantiated allegations, the judge has consistently denied their request. I have attempted to engage in dialogue with the judge, but she has instructed me to wait for my turn. Her intelligence and discernment enable her to identify genuine cases and dismiss frivolous ones. If I were to rate her, I would undoubtedly give her a perfect score of 100.

Not even a star because this judge has no education deosn't even the law and she is completely bias towards the abuser and balme the victims and give the abusers the right to keep abusing the victims. she is lazy, rude and doesn't want to do her job at all. she should be reported to ethic commissions and be taken off the bench until she return to law school and learn the actuall family law.

HORRIBLE judge and horrible human. Rude and abrasive even though it was a delicate matter regarding sexual assault. Absolutely disgusted and appalled that this person is allowed this position. Incompetent about the law.

[Redacted by Ed.] does not know the evidence code, is lazy, unprepared, and is incompetent. She consistently contradicted herself and overstepped her judicial authority. She had obscene courtroom etiquette often mocking my lead council. She should be taken off the bench and frankly disbarred

This Judge failed to enforce her own orders. Factual evidence was submitted showing Respondent blatantly disregarded the Court Orders and she took no action. What good is the Judicial System if the Judge doesn't even enforce their own orders?

Horrifying. I almost felt as though she didn’t like me because I was a white woman. I don’t know why I got that feeling, but that being said I was suing my ex for half of my son’s therapy. Bill and the reason that she gave that he won is that I did not give him enough Notice every single week that my son was going to therapy and I needed to have it in writing, even though there was nothing in the law of our divorce or amendment 10 years later that said it needed to be in writing, and my ex would have sworn under oath as he was sworn under oath that I did tell him every single week or at least every few weeks by verbal or text that her son was going to this therapist and she sided with him and I got zero she’s absolutely black-and-white and no reason that she should have not had him pay for half of his therapy, horrifying woman.

This judge was the judge on my divorce in California I was married 22 years she gave me no spousal support and although I became a USA citizen in 2019 forced me out USA as she was [Redacted by Ed.] and is extremely racist and anti women I give her a zero a below zero

This Judge ironically hates women and minorities. She [Redacted by Ed.] is a danger to women and children in domestic violence situations. Her blatant favoritism in court to certain attorneys is obvious and disgusting. I am DV victim advocate and this is one of the worst and most biased Judges I have ever seen. [Redacted by Ed.] .

She lacks professionalism, courtesy, impartiality, and competence. She shows favoritism to certain lawyers she knows. Her cases should be reviewed for possible misconduct. She engages in discriminatory practices that have lasting negative impacts on the lives of children.

If you’re a victim of domestic violence, harassment, repeated bullying, this judge will make sure you continue to be just that. Instead of allowing victims to speak up, express why they need a restraining order, she makes sure to quiet them, tell them their “cries for help” are “not believable” and allows her judgment to be clouded by how close it is to lunch time, and God forbid you’re the last case before then because you’re pretty much rushed out. A thorough training on domestic violence and how it affects trauma victims even after they leave the relationship needs to be required of this woman and all other judges. It’s a sad day when it is a woman of color putting down another one. It’s 2024, how are we still victim blaming?? Disappointment, anger, and total disgust doesn’t begin to describe how I feel about this legal system and the kind of people it keeps in these positions of power.

First and foremost, I have found Judge Michelle L Kazadi to be consistently judgmental and disrespectful towards individuals appearing before her. Her demeanor and attitude create an atmosphere of hostility and unease, which undermines the fairness and impartiality that should be expected from a judge. Furthermore, it is disheartening to witness Judge Michelle L Kazadi exhibits a significant bias against domestic violence victims. and her disregard for evidence presented in cases involving domestic violence. This not only perpetuates a harmful narrative but also fails to provide justice to those who have suffered from such acts of violence. It is crucial that a judge remains unbiased and considers all evidence and she doesn’t uphold the law She holds strong prejudice against domestic violence victims. She is a very unfair judge. She demonstrates indifference towards the wellbeing of the children and the determination of primary custody.

Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention the behavior exhibited by Michelle L Kazadi. Throughout the duration of the proceedings, l have observed a consistent bias, rudeness, and prejudice displayed by her. It is disheartening to witness a lack of empathy and concern when it comes to the evidence presented by a domestic violence victim. I firmly believe that Michelle L Kazadi does not prioritize the well-being and justice for victims of domestic violence. Instead, it appears that she favors the opposite party without any substantial evidence. This raises serious questions about her impartiality and adherence to the principles of justice.

Unprofessional, rude, biased, incompetent. Favors certain attorneys she knows. Her cases should all be investigated. Discriminatory practices that has detrimental life time effects on the lives of children. She should be investigated by the CJP, and even criminally since some of the things she has done are illegal.

Very bad. Very incompetent. Does not understand Rules of Evidence. Does not understand best interests. All the judicial temperament of a falling crowbar. A horrible example of an individual who should never have responsibility for other's lives. Paper this monster immediately. The Judicial Council should be ashamed to have Judicial Officers like this on the roster.
