Judge Zimmerman is absolutely horrible. She either refused to acknowledge clear cut evidence or can’t decipher it. We showed bank statements with ex funneling thousands through his account each month while he claimed to be broke. We also proved he is a pathological liar having lied to DSS (documented) about seeing a psychiatrist for his personality disorders, amongst many other things. This was in Newberry Co Family Court. She’s on a power trip and does not care about the well being of children or domestic violence victims. The only Judge there currently w an ounce of common sense is Judge Turner. If I have to file anything again it will be in the county my ex moved to and I’ll be avoiding Newberry at all costs.

Well considered-sensitive and understanding of the human condition.

Ignore the PI evidence of my kids with their father, he takes them to bars until 2-3am and it was proved by a professional, and she still took my kids and gave the primary to their father, I proved he was committing perjury, and violating court other, she ignored everything. I work from home to be with the kids, been a primary care take her all their lives, and with the help of GAL Jane H Marrill they destroyed my kids. They are sad all the time, he abuses my little one, and no one does anything for them.

Handled herself with patience and decorum.

Ignored stacks of evidence of abuse and neglect of minor children as well as DV, all to the extreme benefit of father who happened to be the county attorney’s “good friend.” My kids would meet criteria for failure to thrive, require root canals for dental neglect, even run out of a house fire… within 6 months of Zimmerman’s “ruling.” She is a pansy pushover to attorneys and other judges who appreciate her malleable nature. Avoid at all costs.

Worst Unfair judge ever, need help to get this judge out of a friend case. This judge gave an alcoholic father custody, no matter the proof presented, with investigator, with all needed she still ruling against my friend.. we need help!!!

Due to her past hurts, she took a child from his mama and gave him to his felonious father. To try and punish her mother through this mama, she used this child as a pawn. This is unethical, unprofessional and traumatic.

She gave custody to a father who was a convicted sex offender, had been to prison for that charge for ten years and in prison for other drug charges. She is so corrupt that she took a child who had lived with the mom since birth, and gave the child to his father. I don’t see how she can rest at night knowing she put this baby with his drug dealing sex offender father.
