This man is a disgrace to the community. He maliciously prosecutes the mentally ill, with no mercy. He seriously needs to be investigated, as does the whole of Outagamie County's courthouse and law enforcement. It's out of control. SOS!

Ray kampo owes my sister child support. This case has been going on for 12 years and this judge keeps letting Ray play games so he doesn’t have to pay. Maybe The judge should have Ray sell his 1.2 million dollar lake house and all his toys! U r a joke!
