SHULMAN is fair when she wants to be fair besides that 80% of the time she’s always on the ACS side she never on the parent side. These court hearings and procedures are supposed to reunify the children with their family, not separate them and all I see is separation. MONICA Needs to at least give the biological parents a chance to be a parent NOT EVERYONE IS A CRIMINAL!!!
