I sought the help of the courts and as a man with a controlling co parent and wanting structure I sought help of the courts for my child at a young age. I felt what better ruling than a “Honorable” judge and someone we could go to as men for help for our families and to grow with our families with “Equal” rights to OUR children. With zero evidence, allegations from a disturbed mother, and falsified child support that didn’t match my actual pay I felt beyond unsafe and not only attacked emotionally but my name slandered by just wanting to be a father… I asked them for fairness and to fasten my process so I could move on with my life and that the standard AFI CS be accurate to my actual life and income. All this was denied and I was treated as if I was a criminal while trying to bring stability and move on with my life from a disgusting relationship I wish to never voice ever again because the courts ESPECIALLY MONICA made me feel unheard and targeted. As a father that would do anything for their daughter it felt like I was on trial for a serious crime. A couple false allegations UNDER OATH from a mother , a victim card and slander of my name and she bought it up like candy, easily swayed and all facts and fair trial went out of the window. Monica is incompetent , quick to judge, and IS biased towards men. She seeks gain off control and is young in emotion as well as uneducated in sticking to actual laws of child support and giving fairness for both men and women. There is no need for you to take control of children in a case that has ZERO issues , evidence of abuse or ANY matter involving issues towards the child and make it harder on the parent while they were already struggling financially to get stability for their kids. She just has herself how she would feel if she were positioned to pay more than she made while being taken away time of her kids.
