Monique Langhorne

Judge Langhorn should not be on the bench. She is totally unfit to adjudicate complex civil matters. She has an inability to grasp matters of law and fact and make a reasoned determination. Her decisions are flawed and will be over ruled. Her rulings have cost this litigant hundreds of thousands of dollars, because she didn't understand the issues, and made rulings that had no basis in law or fact. She should be removed from the bench.

[Redacted by Ed.] This judge actually allowed a man to be sentenced for a crime where there were ZERO WITNESSES and obvious that the local law enforcement set the guy up....she let this man lose his life to the system when all evidence showed that THERE WASNT EVEN A WITNESS TO A CRIME....MEANING SHE ALLOWED THE POLICE TO SET A MAN UP AND THEN ALLOWED THE COURT TO KEEP THE SENTENCE ON THE MAN. HORRIBLE JUDGE.
