There was never a trial in England's courtroom. He ruled in favor of the MSJ based on documents and a body-worn camera recording, he said he reviewed 10 times!...which I found to be implausible based on his ruling that protected Chico PD officers, a Butte County Deputy K9 handler, and a twenty-three-year-old armed security guard who killed my thirty-four-year-old son. England made comments that were not accurate to the evidence submitted.
