Judge Nan Famular violated my constitutional rights by wrongfully evicting me from my home of 16 years.

Judge Nan Famular violated my constitutional rights by wrongfully evicting me from my home of 16 years. Life threw various challenges my way, including divorce, surgeries, job loss, and other unfortunate events, which led to a pile-up of property taxes in New Jersey, a state known for its exorbitant property taxes. Despite having equity in my home, a cascade of interest, fees, and penalties allowed the tax certificate holder to wrongfully seize my home. In May 2023, the US Supreme Court ruled that the taking of a property for a smaller tax debt is considered to be "Home Equity Theft" and is unconstitutional. (It's been clearly defined in the US and NJ Constitutions for nearly 250 years.) This situation is just another example of the fleecing of the little guy by greedy corporations and governmental complicity in what I call a "State-Sponsored Mugging". This was akin to being held up at gunpoint and losing everything or paying a $25 invoice with a $100 bill and receiving no change. Her rulings were woefully incorrect, but more importantly, she displayed a glaring lack of ethics, because she has ownership in the property DIRECTLY next door to my home. Talk about conflict of interest! As if this is not enough, this was the second time she allowed an improper foreclosure to advance. The first was in 2008, when an unknown third party was allowed to proceed with a foreclosure on my home. The federal court stopped that foreclosure for the outright fraud I exposed in court. While I would like my home back, I ask everyone this question... Would you want to live next door to the judge who wrongfully evicted you?

After giving birth to my first born son Nan S Famular took him from me because I had some rare diseases.

After giving birth to my first born son Nan S Famular took him from me because I had some rare diseases. She worked with my ex-husband and had no problem, leaving me homeless in the street. Even though I was a stay at home mom who had tons of medical issues and had a rare bleeding disorder, and I hadn’t got the transfusion. I need it after giving birth to my son and I couldn’t properly recover. She kept trying to have them give me a hysterectomy and writing that in the court orders no doctor would do it because I was still trying to recover from the birth that I had not got the transfusion that I needed wet but she was putting it in that I actually needed it. Can you believe a judge doing that disturbing I didn’t speak at the time I was still very abused by my ex-husband and instead of putting him in prison, for how hard she was, and how badly starved, battered and abuse me, didn’t allow me to drive or ever leave the house she continue to abuse me. She didn’t follow any laws she didn’t even give me half of anything. She left me with only the dead homeless in the street all because I had risk my life to give birth to my son. She took my son completely away from me, because I was a stay at home mom, she took my job for me because I had nearly died, trying to give birth to him and never got a chance to recover because my husband was abusing me instead of giving me a restraining order and giving my son, and I a chance to grow and get healthy. She tortured me and try to have doctors kill me. I don’t see my son anymore. I have other kids he knows he has siblings. He doesn’t know them. I bought my oldest son a dog, and he threw the dog to the streets because of the fact he couldn’t really see me and the way she said that I had to sit with and have my ex-husband who would repeat better and abuse me to death or I would just be allowed to leave the house only to go and stay at an ICU bed to try to recover from near death experiences we had abused me to death. I admit that I d
