Nancy J. Koppe

Probably the worst judge I've ever come across. She seems to delight in her own partiality in cases, often going out of her way to punish attorneys who she thinks disagree with her. She avoids hearings at all costs, which prevents the creation of a record, and then fails to provide sufficient explanation for her rulings.

Judge Koppe is the very best that the Federal Judiciary has to offer. She rules quickly. She makes well-reasoned decisions. She ensure that justice is carried out. Also, she has a fantastic sense of humor.

The best. This judge is well-respected in the legal community. She makes fair and discerning rulings. The bench needs more like her.

Unlike Magistrate Johnston, she does not hold hearings in court and develop the record and clarify issues and arguments. She was so biased in favor of the corporate defendant that her rulings on discovery issues were almost incomprehensible.

This judge is ridiculous. She uses improper language and tone to chastise lawyers in her orders, and it is clear that she does not rule impartially. She needs to be removed from the bench.

This judge is rude, very prejudicial, and rules on orders without granting oral arguments a majority of the time. I'm still trying to figure out how she got the nomination to replace Judge Johnston. She is a disgrace to the Federal bench!
