What a joke "Honorable" Judge Nancy Ramirez is. I've been in the courtroom with her on several occasions, and she has no intention of standing up against abuse and neglect. She only sides with the social worker from DCFS as if they're in bed together. Our case worker Aimi Ballard fabricated an intricate web of lies and when I finally got the chance to take the stand and be a witness for the case, Nancy completely disregarded *ALL OF IT*. She sent our foster daughter of 1.5 years to be permanently placed with an extended family member after clear signs of abuse and neglect were presented. In her final arguments she said that this family member provided excellent care to the young girl while she was in their care. Why accept the position as judge, Nancy? If standing up for justice is of no interest to you? What a piece of scum you are.

This judge is not a judge and will 100% side with the social workers. Doesn't matter if you have evidence proving the social worker is lying, or the other parent is lying. This judge does not care and will casually violate all of your rights. Judge operates on the majority rules concept. Meaning if 2 or 3 out of the 4 attorneys in the room agree to something she will do no research, she will not listen to the 4th attorney she will simply rule with the majority. If you get assigned this Judge for your dependency case and you are innocent and the social workers are making up stuff my best advice is to ask for another judge. I would also advise to simply get out of that Edelman children's kangaroo court as fast as possible. None of the stuff they do in here would fly in family law. DCFS is a clear joke and does not care about your kids they care about their profit.
