I lost a case in front of Judge Firetag.

I lost a case in front of Judge Firetag. I disagreed with his determination. He got some of it wrong, and we may appeal. Having said that, I found him to be thoughtful and diligent. It was obvious to me that he read the papers and considered the documentary evidence. He allowed the parties to argue the case at length, and even though I think he got it wrong, including on some legal issues, I can say he gave my client a fair shake. That's all you can ask. I'd appear before him again.

I filed a complaint to the higher Courts of California.[Redacted by Ed.] I’m not upset that he took my custody away because I had a single depression episode. I am upset at how he literally doesn’t care about any of the cases that stand before him. There is almost a sociopathic stigma to him. Zero feelings… maybe even autistic? Because he absolutely doesn’t ever appear to understand what anyone is saying to him. I pray his position is robbed by anyone who is even slightly better than him. Advice: file a complaint to the higher judges/courts The more complaints the better
