Shameful handling of a simple civil matter. My fiance went through a difficult time 8 years ago ( divorce and health issues) Had a bout of situational depression. He was briefly hospitalized and then discharged to self care. Despite testimony from an expert witness ( a psychiatrist) who spent 3 hours evaluating him several months ago. He determined that he was not a danger to the community and felt that he was mentally stable and well beyond what he experienced 8 years prior. There was also documentation from his family doctor that he does not take antidepressants. This stone faced judgmental , unfair judge refused to expunge his mental health record. During the hearing I noted he clearly sided with the prosecutor’s representatives. Even gesturing facial thumbs up and “go-ahead” (and attack him) to one in particular. While the other, was bias towards my fiancé dx of Parkinson’s disease. Of which is well controlled and where he displays no signs of mental symptoms. Neither one of these representatives had any psychiatric or medical background. They suggested that my fiance should be in therapy. What do they know. As an RN I’ve seen many patients who have brief depressive encounters and then recover without the need for antidepressants or therapy! My fiance took the stand and carefully explained in detail what led to this period of depression and that he was feeling healthy and happy today. All they did was dwell on things that had happened over 8 years ago. This biased Judge returned a verdict several days later citing that my fiance was narcissistic and refused to take responsibility for what had happened. That he was making excuses. Really?? You asked him to explain and he did so in great detail. But apparently with this moron all he cares about is crucifying someone for something that happened a very long time ago. This was the second time that this case was heard. Worse Judge ever. Shouldn’t be ruining peoples lives!!

He should be removed because justice does not prevail in his courtroom. He gives deference to the defense lawyer even though he was not prepared and could not make legitimate legal arrangements. Quite astonishing the outcome. Sad.

He is an awful judge. He has a poor temper. I prevailed on every motion against the defense who tried everything to get matter dismissed. I presented compelling evidence but the judge in his ruling had the nerve to say I wasn't credible because I was so well prepared. Quite astonishing miscarriage of justice. I can see why some take the law into their own hands.

a clown in a gown . This fool doesn't know that in order to allow a prosecution to go forward there has to be evidence to, support the charge. Hard to understand how this bumbling hump is on, any bench that doesn't include a pair of,schacles attached to it.

Noah Franzblau does not deserve the name Judge in front of his name. We will be filing a Judicial Complaint against this man who showed so much bias in favor of the defendant that our attorney said in 26 years he has never seen anything like this. I think we should all collectively and at the same time file a complaint again this man. He has no business being a Judge and is an embarassment to the law....[redacted] This was regarding a civil case. He is a disgrace!

So, if anyone is delusional enough to think that family court has family first I’ll tell you a story. This judge ordered our shore house which was to be my home in settlement on his own. No one motioned for it. A motion was made for a $50,000 litigation fund. He ordered 1.2 million dollar home which now is worth 1.6.to be sold for legal fees. So when he did that plaintiff and children had to rent a home b/c defendant had refused to move out of family home and that’s where they planned to go. So now we pay rent and kids go to a $68,000 /yr school because there was no money. There was a $15,000/month litigation fund built into to orders. It was ordered. . So now we pay rebnt, own zero and will end up paying 1.1 million dollars for subpar high school education. The shore house fund has been eaten away buy defendants lawyer, but we can afford the school. Screw you Franzblau and family court. Money making fucking joke. That’s what happens when Christi another liar just appoints people who don’t give a shit. . I’m sure he wishes I would quit but that’s not gonna happen. EVER. Douche
