Judge Hillman should be nominated and approved for the 3rd Curcuit. While we will miss him dearly in the district he will serve the country well in the 3rd Circuit and beyond.
An excellent judge, if ever there was one! Judge Hillman is a true gem of the federal judiciary. He takes no BS in his court, is able to separate distractions from the true issues at hand, and is fair to both parties, and is smart and knowledgeable not only about the law but the facts of the case before it even gets into his courtroom. He is a FANTASTIC judge and a true gem to the federal bench.
