This Judge is unimpressive to say the least. She is only concerned with eliminating cases from her docket. She is biased, openly bullies litigants, is predisposed in her rulings without regard to the facts of the case and shows no desire to fairly hear the facts of a case and evaluate them. This is the wrong judge for any complex civil litigation.

Judge Fischer is not only openly bias, but also some of her ruling are unreasonable, contradicts law, and she does not follow her own federal rules of procedure.

Judge Fischer was, in my opinion, one of the worst judges I have appeared before. She decided, during motion practice, who she wanted to win and then distorted the law to achieve that result. She also made comments which undermined serious settlement discussions. Her temperament was acceptable but that was the only part of the experience that was.

Judge Fischer was a gifted and well-respected federal litigator and trial lawyer before joining the bench. She is extremely hardworking and has always handled extremely complex cases. Anyone with the opportunity to appear before her should take it!
