In my divorce proceeding, Judge Norah Grimburgen issued a decision that addressed issues not raised by either party and relied on reasoning that was difficult to follow. The ruling appeared to favor the financially stronger spouse and gave significant weight to and gave significant weight to arguments advanced by opposing counsel that contained internal inconsistencies and factual assertions not supported by evidence presented at trial, while minimizing evidence presented on my behalf.
