Judge has no idea how to manage her emotions. She is very unprofessional and is evil. She pops off at everyone; she is scary and unhinged. She should never be making decisions about people's lives; she is not stable. She needs to be removed from the bench.

I have been in my daughter’s life since birth. I have always given the mother money to support my daughter and I was still scheduling to have my daughter throughout every month. I was accused by this judge of receiving cash income. This was before the affidavit was even filled out ( what judge in their right mind accused someone of such a thing ). This was on the first day of court! Rude , very short , doesn’t care to hear your end of the story. She IS NOT FOR FATHERS RIGHTS whatsoever ! She requested I pay the mom over $1200 and I am a part time worker ! She needs to resign , or find another passion because being a judge is not it. I have reached out to numerous people, including those who work very closely with her , all who have agreed that she is not fit to be a judge. If I can rate her a zero I would go beyond that and say a -0

She needs to be removed immediately! In my opinion she is terrible. Just pulls things out of thin air and is extremely bias and doesn’t even ask for evidence or supporting facts.

I have legitimate concerns about Judge Loza's temperament and mental state. She snaps very easily and will argue with counsel about facts that aren't even in dispute. She doesn't bother to learn the facts of the case or apply the law. She becomes very frustrated and starts lashing out at the attorneys about being forced to do her job.

An absolute disgrace to the bench. She does not follow the law and believes that she is firmly above the law. Does not apply the same rules to women as she does men. She brings her own domestic violence history into the court room. Treats nobody with respect including attorneys, who she ridicules and admonishes to no end. It’s very apparent she is in constant ex parte communications with guardian ad litem cronies and custody evaluators. Lines the pockets of hired gun custody evaluators and gals to uphold her biases. Drags cases on for years until she breaks you physically, mentally and financially. She could care less about the well being of children! She destroys families and punishes kids by her lawless rulings and refusing to follow her own court orders. Not so Honorable Pamela E Loza is not fit to sit and more cases of hers need to be investigated by the judicial review board.

Ridiculed my nationality. I tried everything to explain that I do not want to raise my child to be a liar and a promise breaker like she is becoming, and the judge would not stop yelling at me that this is not the old country that I can raise my voice to my child.

I raised my child for 11 years, then mom came back in the picture and took her away. I provided endless proof, emails, texts, pictures, documentation, undeniable proof and Loza did not care about any of it. I asked immediately for my parenting time back and i was denied. She dragged it on for almost a year and I did not get to spend time with my kid. I got on visit a few hours, then a supervised visit. The GAL assigned and LOZA had it in for me from the start, ridiculing me that i represented myself, demeaning me, talking so awful, never listening and playing this man hate attitude. I gave up, walked away from my kid, and now the mom is trying to make it official with Loza and the GAL for me to never be with her again. Very unfair, very degrading, She was extremely inappropriate in her tone, delivery, professionalism, and even her judicial ruling. She was unprepared and glanced through the file just seconds before she called us up. So much goes into preparing for these cases - financially, emotionally, and mentally and she doesn’t take the time and show the level of care that a judge should. We never covered all the topics I had outlined, she was short and quick to wrap things up, yelling at me all the time. I was fighting for my childs life with me and I lost it all! How do we stop these people and this system?

Pamela Loza is very rude, inconsiderate, insensitive. She lashed out at me this morning, treated me as if I’m a criminal and threatened to throw me in jail. I had to sit there and take it

She puts children in the custody of dangerous parents. Absolute gender bias toward women. Treats people like criminals instead of humans. Ignores complaints of child abuse calling it "games". Prolongs cases for years, impoverishes families while lining the pockets of her attorney friends. Will sneak in visitation schedule changes in hearings scheduled for financial reasons.
