She is without a doubt the most patient judge I've encountered in a very long while. She read everything submitted and was thoroughly well versed in federal and state laws and rules. She was so well prepared for a civil pre-motion conference, citing chapter and verse to diplomatically demonstrate that the attorney should not waste the parties' or the court's time with a patently frivolous pleading. She held the hand of an attorney (figuratively) who was not skilled in federal practice and pleading and was just so polite in demonstrating pleading deficiencies. Quite patient and decent.

Very good judge. Her decisions are reasonable, she understands the subject matter and is well prepared at hearings. She does lean toward conservative/employer's point of view in the cases I have had before her but I would not say she's biased. Her opinions are fair and well-reasoned. She's courteous to counsel.
