Extremely biased judge. Does not uphold blatant violations of law or the Constitution when indisputable evidence is presented. Sides with foreclosure attorneys every time. If the FDIC confirms "we did not sell this loan to JPM Chase" they didn't sell the loan to Chase! Finds weak technicalities to rule against a clearly wronged homeowner. And when you bring it to the Appellate Court, they side with the lower Court, "per curium" and denies a request for written opinion. They won't tell you how they rule because they KNOW its wrong, and the law allows it. NO JUSTICE FOR HOMEOWNERS IN PINELLAS COUNTY.
