She is the worst judges when it comes to sentencing, she has zero compassion, she goes way and bound the sentencing guidelines. Thank God she retired. she looks nice from the outside, but if she doesn't like you then you have a big problem.

In conspiracy cases concerning numerous defendants she becomes predisposed as to an opinion about a defendant based on previous testimony by other defendants with their own agendas. This translates into bias which has no place in her courtroom or any courtroom.
I agree with the comment #1322. Judge Fawsett was a respected trial lawyer before she was appointed, and her experience shows in the courtroom. She has been prepared for almost all hearings and trials that I have attended. She knows the law (for the most part). She has a very good memory and takes copious notes. She can be harsh (if a party or counsel is incompetent, foolish or both), but she doesn't seem to impose more pressure than necessary to stop the offending conduct.
Imperial and nasty!
Judge Fawsett works hard, prepares carefully,knows the law, and mostly decides in favor of the government.
