This judge is biased [Redacted by Ed.] She has her mind made up before the hearing even starts. She will violate your rights and not allow you due process. I told my wife I was tired of her getting drunk and hitting me. She had severe mental issues, was abusing stimulants and pills. I had her on video attempting to come after me while I slept in the garage for safety. After I told her I wanted a divorce, she went and filed a PFA on me in retaliation. Not only did Coonahan deny my right to show evidence, she taunted me in the courtroom and gave my wife a 3 year PFA. Afterwards I heard in the courthouse that she will always do that [Redacted by Ed.]

Judge coonahan needs to retire!!!! Took a month to get an answer and she did NOTHING!!! Useless!!!!

Judge coonahan is extremely incompetent. People of Montgomery county need to vote this judge off that chair , causing nothing but conflict in all of her hearings . Lacking knowledge of the law and being completely biased , judge coonahan makes a decision before the trial even happens. despite any evidence that contradicts her beliefs she will violate your rights with her incompetency , judge coonahan is actively ruining lives and getting paid for it . Judge coonahan ,I keep saying her name because I need people to remember this name you will have a mediation meeting if you do not come to an agreement heading to a trial she will sit there taking notes rolling her eyes and at the end just copy and paste the temporary order in the custody case wasting an entire day . She is ignorant to the law asking lawyers about specifics to certain laws , all judge coonahan will teach you is to be confrontational with the other party . If there’s anyone with any kind of influence I beg of you to take her off that chair JUDGE COONAHAN is doing more damage than law and order to the people of Montgomery county !!!

Had her during custody hearing she granted the father custody and ripped the carpet from those that raised the child from day 1. Visitation was given but only a few hrs biweekly. Telephone calls are restricted to certain days and a 15 minute window. I feel that we are living in a communist country with so many restrictions. Not looking out for the child and her well being. The custody transfer was not done gradually but immediately removed from the only home the child knew. Very disappointed and feel she needs to step down or removed from the courts.
