She testified that she maliciously prosecuted an infant for elevator surfing in the civil case against the city. Jury found for plaintiff, 3.5 million. Yet being a hypocrite, a liar, a fraud, with no integrity nor morals she is permitted to sit as a criminal court judge, in judgment of others. A typical Office of Court Administration clown. This is what the public sees in New York corrupt politics at its best(you do not see the worst-it is done behind closed doors).

Appointed by Bloomberg to Family Court over objections of NYC Bar Association Judicial Review Committee, for good reason-she has no ethics and no morality. Should be disbarred and put in jail for being a lying hypocrite.

Prosecuted an 8 year old for allegedly elevator surfing. Case dismissed in Family Court. In civil action, Henry admitted on the stand that she maliciously prosecuted the boy. The jury was out 35 minutes and came back with a 3.5 million dollar verdict. This woman is not fit to sweep the streets of Kings County let alone sit in judgment of another. Should be jailed for life.
