She is by far the worst judge I’ve encountered and I’ve encountered judge Judy. Extremely arrogant and hostile for no apparent reason. Someone who constantly on an ego trip letting all the power get to her head. How she manages to be a judge still is baffling

Judge Scanlon stated why are we wasting our time on this case as a victim of a restitution hearing She allowed myself to be cross examined in a restitution hearing despite California penal code stating victims shall not be crossed examine She would interrupt my testimony at any turn, while in mid sentence and accuse me of not being truthful If Scanlon vs State of Georgia is indeed her, and her being an advocate of women offender, she should of recused herself as her bias-ness showed blatantly and used me as her punching bag to get redemption from her preconceived conviction. I left the courtroom feeeling as I was the offender.I felt victimized more so than the cases I I was involved in. The judicial system failed me and allowed the judge to victimize me. A judge on a power trip, narcissistic, and egotistic to say are her best qualities.

I rate the judge a zero

THIS JUDGE NEED TO BE REMOVED SHE RUINED ME AND DAUGHTERS LIFE MY GRANDSON IS DEAD BE BECAUSE OF PATRICIA SCANLON SHE GAVE HIM TO HIS FATHER TUSHAMBI EVANS WHO MURDERED THE BABY AND THEN CONTRA COSTA COUNTY CHARGED MY DAUGHTER FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT TUSHAMBI WAS GOING TO BE THE BETTER PARENT BUT HE WAS A KILLER THEY COVERED UP THEIR NEGLIGENCE BY CHARGING MY DAUGHTER BUT WHAT THEY DID.

Very unprofessional, rude and belittling.
