She's incompetent how can one dismiss someone's criminal record, when she knows a multiple offender is not trust worthy and stats show they will violate the law again and again. Background in mental health? Yet you dismissed crucial evidence? Medication like this is NOT prescribed without the physical symptoms of psychosis. He has made up multiple scenarios to police/DCPS I have NOT been prosecuted for lack of evidence (lies), YET he has NOT been prosecuted for purposely lying to government departments. He has NOT obey the laws, continues to commit crimes, I can't believe he is out smarting the professionals?!. He has been in deportation process twice for identity theft, forgery, domestic violence considered a immoral and deportable. This is where he learned how to fill a form and slider his crimes through departments. He presented multiple fake documents including DL to the court, my PI and ADOT confirmed he doesn't have a DL, I brought this up in court and nothing was done. He's driving the children illegally. In 2021 he claimed to be unemployed, collecting unemployment, yet bank statements shown he collecting up to $8,000 a month! Collected $36,000 in 6 months! that year. He filed tax return and also lied claiming he only made $19,000. Showed this in court!? But is family law they don't care to look into this. So I told ICE and IRS (nothing done yet). This menace also had 3 other children who he never paid child support for, how is he getting away with this? She us biased and doesnt follow the law or even care about the children she is supposedly keeping "their best interest in mind" for. She literally just handed two innocent children over to an evil abuser and igonore the children when they have bruises and stated their mother and her boyfriend were spanking them. They had visable bruise to their bottoms in the shape of a hand print. Yet the mother claimed the father was abusive and the child had a small bruise on his side (falling off the slide, leaning over the tub, the kids were at the park playing) and the judge concluded that it was from abuse without so much as a dr's note. Even though DCS told here there were not signs of abuse and the kids did not say anything about their dad hitting them. The dad doesnt abuse his kids, The mother and her boyfriend do! Another fail by DCS and the courts. This is why so many children die. Pure ignorance by the very people who are suppose to protect them!

Judge Starr is incompetent and horrible. She has a criminal court background, and has no business judging Family Law cases. Her rulings make no sense, and always seem to have been predetermined when we walk into the courtroom. She singlehandedly destroyed our family. Sided with an angry sociopathic narcissist from day one, and took my grandchildren away from their mother and loving grandparents. Said narcissist has said on numerous occasions that because he has more money, he will drag this case out and take us broke on attorneys. Judge Starr is assisting him in doing just that. Two long years of deafness and cruelty from the bench. Appeal will be our only hope...if we can afford it. If your case is assigned to Judge Starr, do whatever is humanly possible to avoid the assignment. Break a leg, have a surgery, call the Fire Department, whatever. You will regret trusting this person with your fate. There is no compassion to be had here.

Patricia Starr, my son passed away this past Saturday. He was handicap, medically challenged. First court she didn’t allow me to have time to call my witnesses as my ex took most of the time and as the defendant of course he went first. My witnesses where key as my children spoke to them about what was happening at their fathers house. I asked for my daughters to be interviewed and pled with her not to schedule it on his week since I had a feeling he will intimidate and coach them against me. What did she do? She scheduled it on his week, what happened? My daughter spoke faul about me, making ridiculous accusations against me, never heard before as they had a opportunity to speak to CPS the multiple times my ex called them to falsely accused me of abuse or and neglect. BUT she didn’t question the truth behind the statements. She assured me the “interviewer” was a professional. BUT the poorly trained interviewer didn’t care to ask back up questions to differentiate coached vs truth. Well, that moved caused her to take my time away from my kids. She gave full custody to my ex a criminal, he had a long list of crimes including domestic violence, forgery, shoplifting, using identity of others to name a few. Somehow she thinks this guy is a good person? She dismissed my evidence, my ex took medication for his mental condition. I didn’t remember this, but he was prescribed medication after one of his incarcerations for either bipolar and and schizophrenia. The evidence was clear, his name on the pill bottle with the name of medication, she didn’t think it was relevant. I’ve asked my ex and his doctors to please monitor my sons medication levels as he was on highly sedative medications to help with his seizures. I asked many times to adjust and give less if he saw our son asleep all the time. My ex from conversations didn’t want to deal with him. Patrica Starr is a joke. And based on the other reviews is to incompetent to do her job. And clearly loves child abuses, doesn’t care enough for the safety and well being of children. A VERY biased judge knows her ruling as soon as she sees you. It’s disgusting how a woman like her is a judge it’s an absolute joke to woman. She should be disbarred and all of her cases should be looked over again. Even having clear evidence and listening to someone literally tell her lies and STILL ruling in an abusers favor is just unjust and disgusting! As a woman I could never be that careless especially when peoples lives are at stake. If you get appointed this judge ask for a new judge immediately. Judge Starr needs to be investigated. Absolutely abhorrent behavior, racist comments, and shows clear bias. She does not like women (if you’re attractive even worse), and gives preferential treatment to white men. She does not even read motions and simply denies everything with no explanation, review her orders. Some question her ability to be a good judge when rarely has she ever made a decision that is of sound mind and reasoning. Look at her twitter account. She is a typical Trump supporter devoid of reasoning and logic and makes questionable comments and statements. She should be removed at once. Do yourself a favor and ask for another judge when you are assigned her. She destroys lives.

dishonorable, she gave a cop no fine no jail who tasered a man's testicles said he lost his job and suffered enough. when she ruled against nurses every time , she never said a word about losing career destroying lives, and not being able to be hired in many depts . in fact no oral arguments , lazy judge , pettifogger , biased .

Judge Starr is unfair in my opinion. My granddaughter’s rights were temporarily terminated because she disobeyed a parenting plan. The father has temporary custody of their daughter. The mother was never deemed unfit to care for her child. The father began filing motions in the court before the parenting plan even began. He stated that he was unable to visit with the child because she was in another state. At this time, the mother was expecting a baby and asked the father to give her extra time to get their daughter for visitation. The reason that their child was in another state with her great grandparents was because the father has been deemed to be unreliable and the mother needed to know that their child would be stable until the birth of her baby. Since the child has been residing with the father, new evidence has been presented to the court in the form of a motion for temporary custody to the mother which was denied. The child is having contact with a violent registered sex offender whom has not registered in the state of Arizona, as of earlier this week. The father is allegedly giving the child night time gummies, and transporting the child without a valid driver’s license. Judge Starr feels that it is fine to continue with the trial, that is in two weeks, and not address these concerns. These are horrid conditions and no child should be made to live in this manner. I am appalled, hurt, and have lost faith in the judicial system. This is how so many children fall through the cracks and end up abused or killed. Judge Starr, if you are a mother, how can you sleep at night? Is this a common practice for the state of Arizona? You have been provided with more than enough evidence to remove the child from the father’s care and yet, you have done nothing. It is a known fact that the father has been arrested for domestic violence and the police called on multiple occasions due to physical abuse. Please help me to understand the logic in your decision making. The safe
