Patrick D. Flannery

Flannery was given clear and concise evidence that was completely ignored. I did my due diligence to respectfully present my case that was backed by a legal contract, receipts and photos. He ignored all and awarded me a very low amount, so I technically won and can't appeal. The laziness in handling my case is insulting to our judicial system and justice was not served. He should not be practicing law, let alone serving as any kind of judge.

Terrible judge; doesn't read exhibits or briefs. Doesn't write more than a sentence for decisions either.
