Leviticus 5:1 points out that staying silent about evil is a sin for which people will be held accountable: "If anyone sins because they do not speak up when they hear a public charge to testify regarding something they have seen or learned about, they will be held responsible."

extended my temporary relief hearing to a far away date eventho i continuously pleaded hardahip. He was very rude and did not take my concerns into concideration to only extend it no more that a week. He continued to give preffrence to my abuser who is the respondent and purposely gave excuses why he couldnt attent closer dayes. at the end he cut me off by saying "byebye" hang up please. wow.

A Probate Predator's Best Friend! Rubber-Stamp Henry doesn't care if you're truly "Incapacitated" or not, he's gonna go ahead and appoint one of his cronies to be your guardian and conservator. Hope you had a nice life cuz, it's all over now!!

I entered into the family law system very naive, and not realizing that once the course was set for a high conflict process by my ex, that there would be no humanity or reason in the process. Of course, in family law, it is impossible to go over all of the details, but I can say that Judge Henry ignored a founded child abuse charge (on dad), and not only awarded him full custody of our daughter, but also punitively awarded this abusive dad $21,000 of legal fees. My understanding is that family law awards should not be punitive, and based on the fact that dad had a founded child abuse charge, and that I had a new baby, Judge Henry knowingly awarded dad more than the income I received in a year, which I can only see as punitive. On top of this, he reprimanded me for being overly concerned about my children's mental health in front of my abuser, and this has caused me tremendous mental health damage, including panic attacks that continue several years later. In what many assume is the progressive city of Portland, the family law systems seems anything but. I wish there was some way for these toxic family law judges to understand the harm they are causing families, how clear it is that the system is currently biased against mothers, and being to incorporate trauma-informed practice into their courtrooms.
