I agree with comments that some people left for him [Redacted by Ed.] demeaning courtroom conducts …He was yelling at me even before I testified and I am the plaintiff in a car accident lawsuit . The defendant lied and brought I witness that saw nothing .She apologized to me when she backed up without looking behind her and hit my car .The judge was furious just after he read my Name khalid [Redacted by Ed.] Herbert used the prestige of his position to advance interests of the defendant. He was crazy and yelling and screaming at me in all his questions…

What gives the Public mistrust of our Judiciary are bad, unethical or incompetent lawyers as well as bad incompetent Judges. Judge Herbert appears not to practice impartiality. Instead of focusing upon and applying the law, he develops his own personal sense of the parties at the pretrial stage of a case, then decides who should prevail. From there, he rules in favor of the side whom he supports, without any heed to the law, and undermines the rights of the unfortunate party. He is not a jurist who puts any substantive effort in evaluating the law, but uses his own biased instincts to make decisions. Of course the quality of judges these days are not on par with the quality we've had before. But it would be nice if this judge would apply the rule of law as legislated, and not enforce a version as he sees fit.
